Rare Carat Doubled Its AI Visibility Score in One Month (Raw Mentions Up 63%), and Brilliant Earth's Lead Held
3,000 AI responses across five sources: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. Five months in, Rare Carat's AI visibility score (how often and how early the AIs list a brand) roughly doubled in a single month, the largest move in points and in standard deviations the study has measured, while its raw mentions rose 63%. Brilliant Earth kept the top spot over Blue Nile by a margin beyond measured noise. The mall chains rearranged again, and 54% of the 2,400 chat responses still include James Allen, most with no acknowledgment, by the study's keyword screen, that it now redirects to Blue Nile.
