Custom Order Policy

At Rings.com, we take pride in creating unique, custom-designed rings tailored to your specifications. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for custom orders.

1. Custom Order Process

1.1. Consultation: Our design team will work with you to create your perfect ring design.

1.2. Quotation: Once the design is finalized, we will provide a detailed quote for your approval.

1.3. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production of your custom ring.

2. Deposit and Payment

2.1. Amount: The required deposit is 50% of the total quoted price.

2.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods to provide you with convenient options for your purchase. These may include:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Bank transfers / ACH
  • Gift cards
  • Store credit

2.3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due before shipping of the completed ring.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. 48-Hour Window: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit within 48 hours of placing the order.

3.2. After 48 Hours: Once the 48-hour window has passed, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as we will commence production.

3.3. Production Stage: If you cancel your order after production has begun, you will be responsible for any costs incurred up to that point, which may exceed the deposit amount.

4. Modifications

4.1. Design Changes: Minor design modifications can be made at no extra charge before production begins. Significant changes may incur additional costs.

4.2. Size Adjustments: One complimentary size adjustment is included within 30 days of delivery.

5. Quality and Satisfaction

5.1. Quality Guarantee: All custom rings are subject to our standard quality assurance process.

5.2. Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your custom ring due to a defect in craftsmanship, we will work with you to make it right, which may include repairs, adjustments, or remake.

6. Delivery

6.1. Timeframe: Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

6.2. Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, occasional delays may occur. We will keep you informed of any changes to the estimated delivery date.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Design Ownership: Rings.com retains all intellectual property rights to custom designs created by our team, even if inspired by customer ideas.
