We operate primarily online to offer the best prices and convenience. However, we do have a private showroom available by appointment for consultations and viewing select ring samples.

We carefully vet our suppliers to ensure they adhere to strict standards of integrity, social responsibility, and conflict-free sourcing. Our commitment to transparency means that we continually work to maintain a trustworthy supply chain, so you can feel confident in the origins, quality, and craftsmanship of every ring we create.

We begin with a consultation to finalize your design, followed by a quote. Once production, custom orders take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Our rings are custom-designed and crafted using high-quality precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones, with a focus on ethical sourcing and exceptional craftsmanship. Our production process is managed through a carefully selected network of trusted suppliers, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards for quality and integrity. We collaborate with both local and international artisans to bring you rings that are made with care and precision. 

Shipping/Returns

Shipping is free for orders within USA and Canada. We strive to ship orders according to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. However, please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.  

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. Custom and engraved items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects. We offer free return shipping within the USA and Canada for up to three returns per customer. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs fees. 

Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately, which limits our ability to make changes. However, if you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@rings.com or by phone at +1 (604) 248-5000. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though modifications may not be possible if the order has already entered production or shipping. For custom orders at Rings.com, you can make modifications within 48 hours of placing your order. Minor design changes after this period may incur additional costs, especially if production has already begun.
