We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. Custom and engraved items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects. We offer free return shipping within the USA and Canada for up to three returns per customer. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs fees.
Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately, which limits our ability to make changes. However, if you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@rings.com or by phone at +1 (604) 248-5000. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though modifications may not be possible if the order has already entered production or shipping. For custom orders at Rings.com, you can make modifications within 48 hours of placing your order. Minor design changes after this period may incur additional costs, especially if production has already begun.

We begin with a consultation to finalize your design, followed by a quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start production. Custom orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this link to monitor your order's progress. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team.
Taxes depend on your location. As a Canadian-based company, we currently do not collect American sales tax; however, this may change in the future based on state regulations. For Canadian orders, applicable taxes such as GST, HST, or PST will be collected. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
