At Rings.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a comprehensive return policy.
1. Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
- For items purchased as gifts, the 30-day return window begins on the delivery date of the gift.
2. Condition of Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original documentation and packaging.
- Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Loose diamonds must be returned with their original grading certificate, or else a $150 fee will be applied for certificate replacement
- If rings require cleaning upon return, a polishing fee of $25 will apply.
3. Custom-Designed Rings

Custom-designed rings are subject to our separateCustom Order Policy.
- These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

- Refunds or adjustments for custom orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Custom Order Policy.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your Rings.com account and go to the "Order History" section.
- Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to generate a return label.

5. Return Shipping
- Free return shipping for customers within USA and Canada, for up to 3 returns per customer
- Customers outside of USA and Canada are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- For gift returns, we will issue a Rings.com gift card for the purchase amount.
7. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- We'll expedite the shipping on your new order at no additional cost.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@rings.com
- We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.
9. Extended Holiday Returns
- For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, returns will be accepted until January 31 of the following year.
10. Exceptions
- Final sale items, as indicated at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Special order items are not eligible for return or exchange
11. Warranty and Repairs
- All Rings.com products come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- For warranty claims or repair requests, please contact our customer service team.
12. Right to Refuse Returns
- Rings.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- We may also refuse returns if we suspect fraud or abuse of our return policy.
